It seems like every day Rachel says something that's just hilarious. Here's today's conversation in the car.
Rachel: Jesus made us so we can watch TV.
Me: (Unable to come up with a quick response). Hahaha!
Rachel: (In a serious tone) Mommy, I'm talking about Jesus.
Me: (Composing myself) Yes Rachel, I'm glad you're talking about Jesus. Jesus did make us and wants us to do lots of things, like play and read and share and have fun.
Rachel: (Without missing a beat) And watch TV.
Me: And watch TV.
And there's our lesson about Jesus for the day.
