Picture Catch Up

Since my last post was entitled "Summer Fun", I think it's probably about time for an update. We've had a fun fall, here's some things we've been up to.

Rachel's been on a big coloring kick the last couple months. Her pictures keep getting more and more complex.

Rachel has a math workbook that she does for homework, so I got Reed this little preschool workbook so he could do "homework" too.

Because sitting up to watch tv is just too much work.

Reed's first day of preschool! He was so excited. And it was a good motivation for potty training. He's been potty trained for about 2 months, and hardly ever has accidents anymore. My big boy!

His preschool does gymnastics for half an hour each time, and Reed loves it. He's the one rolling down the red triangle.

Reed loves the minions from Despicable Me, so we got him these for his wall. He loves them.

Rachel needed a little something for her wall too. :)

Reed doesn't take naps anymore, but sometimes he just can't help himself...

We love Cornbelly's! We go every year and have a lot of fall fun.

This is one of the attractions that's haunted after dark, but during the day you can just walk through it. Rachel did it twice and wasn't scared, but Reed wouldn't even get close to it.

Making hot chocolate. In his snow pants. I dug the winter stuff out of the closet and tried these on him and he refused to take them off.

Reed is very much in the "I do it myself!" stage. He insists on pouring his own milk, making his own sandwiches, etc. It's cute.

Every once in a while, we do get a picture of ourselves without children.
